New Dental Patient Information – San Ramon, CA

Be Prepared for Your First Visit

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a current patient or one that’s visiting us for the first time; we will always go out of our way to make your dental experience a positive one. To make sure everything goes as expected on the day of your visit, the following page offers some important information to help you start preparing for your appointment. Naturally, there may be a few things you want to know that aren’t discussed on this page, so feel free to pick up the phone and give our San Ramon dental office a call if you have additional concerns.

Your First Visit

Please prepare for you or your child’s first appointment to last up to one and a half hours at most, especially if our team is also performing a cleaning. If you still need to do any paperwork, plan to arrive 15 minutes early so that there is no delay in starting the appointment. We’ll start with a comprehensive exam so that we can fully understand the patient’s needs, an oral cancer screening to identify any concerning areas of oral tissue, and a full series of intraoral photos. We believe in being as thorough as possible! It’s the first step towards providing high-quality care that exceeds expectations.
